Karen has over 16 years serving as a member of a multi-disciplinary team conducting investigations, providing medical and mental health treatment, and family advocacy services to children exposed to child abuse and childhood trauma, youth with problematic sexual behaviors, and their family members. She is passionate in her work to ensure all children and families impacted by trauma have access to effective, evidence-based interventions.

 Karen received her Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Education from St. Bonaventure University. Karen completed training and mentoring from Coach Training EDU and is an International Coaching Federation certified ACC Life Coach specializing in Academic and Wellness Life Coaching. Karen is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Karen lives in New York with her husband and Golden Retriever Addie. She has two boys, one married, one soon to be married.
