Islam Kafi, PCC, is a coach, educator, trainer, and mentor who brings warmth, curiosity, and a global perspective to her work. With more than 2,500 hours of coaching experience, she has worked with clients and developing coaches across cultures, helping people deepen self-awareness, challenge their thinking, and move toward meaningful change.
Her work spans academic success, wellness, and coach development, with a particular interest in the power of coaching across cultures and contexts. As a trainer and mentor with CTEDU, Islam is passionate about helping coaches move beyond simply applying competencies to developing the presence, confidence, and authenticity that make coaching their own.
Based between Dubai and Toronto, Islam works internationally and offers coaching and mentorship in English, Arabic, and French. She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and continues to pursue advanced professional development in coaching, health and wellness, and the evolving practice of the profession.
