Jantell Walker-Watkins

Jantell Watkins is an experienced coach trainer, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the founder of The Relationship Greenhouse. Her coaching journey began over 13 years ago, rooted in five years of training staff at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio — where she discovered her gift for developing people and meeting them right where they are.

Through Coach Training EDU, she trains and assesses coaches pursuing ACC credentials with the ICF across Essential and Relationship coaching specializations. Beyond her training role, she specializes in wellness, relationship, and play-based coaching, helping individuals reconnect with themselves as the foundation for healthier, more fulfilling relationships and lives.

She is an active member of the ICF Georgia Chapter, where she continues to grow and contribute to the coaching community.

Outside of coaching, Jantell enjoys building LEGO sets, tending to her houseplants, and cheering on her husband — an international saxophonist — from the front row. You can often find her recharging with a good cup of coffee and her journal, with her dog Bella close by. She resides in Georgia with her husband and their fur baby, Bella.
