Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF who specializes in leadership development, personal growth, and career coaching. Building leadership traits and coaching skills in others is his personal passion. He has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, in addition to several other professional certifications, which he actively uses to invest in those around him as much as possible. He serves full-time as the Director of Training and Development at a non-profit healthcare organization. Outside of his professional pursuits, he loves watching Marvel movies, reading sci-fi or thriller novels, playing the violin, writing, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
