Coach Training EDU Certification Requirements and ICF Credentialing Paths
CTEDU Associate Coach Certification (ACC)
To complete your CTEDU Associate Coach Certification, you will need to complete the following:
- Successfully finish a 1.0 Training Course with Group Mentor Coaching sessions
- Complete three one-on-one overviews
- Log Coaching Experience Hours (10 hours)
- Apply for CTEDU certification
CTEDU Professional Coach Certification (PCC)
To complete your CTEDU Professional Coach Certification, you will need to complete the following:
- Successfully finish a 1.0 Training Course with Group Mentor Coaching sessions
- Complete three one-on-one overviews
- Successfully finish a 2.0 Training Course
- Complete three one-on-one overviews (2.0)
- Log Coaching Experience (20hrs)
- Apply for CTEDU certification
CTEDU Master Coach Certification (MCC)
- Successfully finish a 1.0 Training Course with Group Mentor Coaching sessions
- Complete three one-on-one overviews
- Successfully finish a 2.0 Training Course
- Complete three one-on-one overviews (2.0)
- Successfully finish two to three Advanced Training Courses*
- Complete three one-on-one overviews (3.0)
- Master Mentor Coaching
- Log Coaching Experience Hours (30hrs)
- Apply for CTEDU certification
*The number of advanced training courses you need to complete your MCC depends on the number of hours per class. You will need to complete 75 hours of advanced coach training to complete the education requirement for your MCC credential.
There is an “Apply for Certification” link on the Coach Portal dashboard that will guide you through uploading your CTEDU Practice Client coaching log and confirming the address where you want to receive your certificate.
