Aleka comes from a multi-generational “Third Culture Kid” (TCK) family, and has worked with international high school students for over 25 years, on four continents. She is now an Associate Certified Coach based in the United States, working globally to support cross-cultural students through their educational transitions.
When asked how coaching changed her life, Aleka says, “One thing I love about coaching is that we are not the expert as a coach…Coaching has shifted [my mindset] to [being] in service to others. How can I be here to help you figure out what you want? So, it’s not about me, [and it’s] very lovely and freeing.”
