How it works

Two teams, Team Dubs and Team Jantell, compete across a season of business challenges and one-to-one coaching sessions. Each week, coaches earn scores on two things: how they build their business, and how they coach against Coach Training EDU standards. Master Certified Coach Hayden Lee judges. One coach leaves each week until a single coach earns the title of Top Coach.

The teams: John Andrew Williams, MCC, coaches as “Coach Dubs” and leads Team Dubs. Jantell Watkins, PCC, leads Team Jantell.

The Cast

Twelve coaches on two teams, Team Dubs and Team Jantell, plus the judge and trainers who run the season. They come from executive boardrooms, classrooms, operations floors, and their own practices, from Seattle to Bogota. Each one holds an ICF credential and is building a coaching practice for real.
