Laurence was a Senior Director of Operations in a traditional corporate setting but he wanted more.
His dream job was to be like the doctor in Dr Who. To have a job where he could help people to solve a problem and travel from place to place to help more people with their problems.
Then he got a job at IBM as a full-time Agile coach, traveling from place to place coaching IBM teams.
Laurence found himself working for IBM by day as an Agile and Executive Coach and running his own private practice in the evenings.
His private practice has since flourished.
He currently offers:
