I am a Program Manager who has over 8 years of experience building and maintaining relationships, identifying and mitigating risk, and leading cross departmental efforts and communication to advance projects through the project lifecycle on time, and within budget. I have been client facing for majority of my career thus far so I'm great at delivering unsavory news coupled with creative solutions to keep my clients at ease.
I've worked for global companies as well as smaller companies and start-ups, so I'm able to adjust as needed depending on what the goals of the company are whether it be creating a process from scratch or improving an existing process.
Due to the client relationships I build, I am consistently working with my product team to improve our products and processes to keep my clients happy and make sure they feel heard. I pride myself on my ability to enter into a space I'm not familiar with and learn everything this is to learn to be successful in my role. From construction technology to public safety technology, my experience is unique but my ability to bring my project management skills to every role and tweak it for what is needed in that particular industry, is one of my greatest strengths.
