Our online training format is designed to provide you with a one-of-a-kind learning experience that combines individual study with weekly class meetings and practice. We offer highly interactive and engaging coach training that allows you to participate from anywhere in the world. You will have the opportunity to train with other coaches and make lasting connections with your colleagues in our global community.
INDIVIDUAL STUDY AND CLASS PREPARATION
Our online training programs function as a flipped classroom style, where you will listen to pre-recorded skill demonstrations and read from your corresponding training guide before class each week. This approach optimizes the use of class time, allowing for more extensive discussions and practical exercises during the scheduled sessions.
You will also receive a hard copy of the corresponding training guide for your training program, as well as access to an online class page with all other training materials (i.e., recorded lectures, business-building materials, pdfs of all books, etc.).
WEEKLY MEETINGS
All of our training programs are conducted live, at preset times, with a trained and certified ICF coach trainer. You will meet once a week at a designated class time (via Zoom). Time in class will provide you with a thorough understanding of the life coaching concepts and time to practice those skills with your peers.
You can join the live coach training course from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. The Zoom platform is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems. After you install the plugin, you will be able to join a webinar. You will need a stable internet connection. For ease and convenience, you also have the option to call into the webinar using your phone. Need to miss a live session? No problem. We record each coaching session so you can catch up before the following week’s live training.
