Rebecca Hawkins

Please see Rebecca Hawkins’s LinkedIn and Coach Theory profile here, as well as their website.

Rebecca has nearly three decades of business experience including start up entrepreneurship, non-profits, small privately held and Fortune 100 companies. Combining that with a master’s degree in organizational leadership, a fascination with the neuroscience of human behavior, and certification as a trauma-sensitive yoga instructor, she brings a unique blend of authentic, mindful, people and business centered expertise to her coaching/consulting practice. In addition to her CTEDU Associate Essential Life Coach and Executive Coach certifications, she is also a Gallup Strengths Coach.

Her business, Regenerative Workplaces, provides customized coaching, consulting, employee experience measurement, organizational culture development and people process improvement as part of her passion for making work more “human friendly” and workplaces more productive, innovative and purpose driven. She believes in helping companies build their triple bottom line of Profit, People and Planet, and her motto is “Thriving Employees. Thriving Companies. Thriving World.”

She has lived in Colorado for 15 years, and while she thoroughly enjoys hiking, camping and skiing in the mountains, she is a beach girl at heart and escapes to the ocean as often as possible. When at home, you’ll find her engaged in deep conversations, playing board games or cards, tending to her yard/garden, or curled up on the couch with her cat and a book.
