Besan Abu-Joudeh

Besan Abu-Joudeh is the founder of Pause Impact, a coaching practice that empowers clients to connect with their purpose. She hosts Lighter Impact, a podcast exploring the intersection of social impact, somatics, and spirituality. Besan is also the co-founder of BuildPalestine, a platform linking global supporters with innovative projects in Palestine.

With a background in international development, Besan is passionate about fostering economic opportunities in the Middle East. She holds degrees from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS. Her previous roles include work with the Office of the Quartet in Jerusalem, A.T. Kearney in Dubai, and Accenture Federal Services in Washington, D.C.
