Your Most Excellent Self

The first step is to define what your most excellent self looks like. In the past I thought it looked like pushing 100% hard the full day, sprinting until exhausted. More recently I’ve been conscious of redefining a successful day as one where I sprinted as hard as I could. Maybe even my most excellent self takes breaks, watches the birds, daydreams.
