After graduating in fashion journalism/media communication at the AMD Academy Fashion and Design Düsseldorf, Germany in 2015, Elena went straight into influencer marketing at About You SE & Co. KG, where she became a team lead within 5 years. A job that Elena definitely thrived in. But the pressure of the industry, the ever-increasing stress levels and the balancing act of staying true to oneself became more and more of an ordeal. At that time, Elena was already engaged in self-development, mindset training and coaching.
In 2021 it was Goodbye, About You & Hello, self-employment! And welcome to Inner Space Coaching! A place where it’s all about getting to know yourself, rediscovering your gut feeling and finding out what do I actually want?
Now she works with private clients in 1:1 coaching, organizes workshops, women’s circles, master classes and develops mental wellness/mindset trainings for companies like About You. With the aim of supporting people to listen to themselves and thus create a more fulfilling life, and quite frankly one they’re obsessed with.
