Michael Eber

Michael’s passions include executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational change. With over 25 years of international consulting and business expertise, Michael is passionate about people, personal excellence, and organizational transformation. Michael’s philosophy is what small changes can people make today that will create a big impact in the future. Michael has extensive client experience across a myriad of industries — general and specialty construction and real estate development, higher education, national cultural/nonprofits, government, and financial services. In prior director level positions Michael led countless teams across the United States and around the world. His results include deepening an organization’s awareness about its people, processes, and technology along with increasing company revenues and shareholder value. Michael’s credentials include working in the build industry (commercial, industrial, multifamily), along with speaking at local, national, and international conferences. He holds a master’s degree in international business administration and public policy, is a Lean Six Sigma green belt, and has substantial aptitudes with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Highlands Natural Ability Battery, 360 Feedback Assessments, StrengthFinders, and the Hogan. Michael is a Level 2 ICF Accredited Professional Coach.
