About Me

Loren Silverman is a Professional Certified Essential Life Coach, facilitator, and former tech and digital transformation leader who helps overwhelmed, high-achieving people regain clarity, set healthy boundaries, and follow through on what matters most. With over 18 years of experience across product management, program leadership, and organizational change, including work at Ernst and Young and global digital agencies, Loren understands burnout, complexity, and pressure from the inside out.


After recognizing that the most meaningful part of every role he held was mentoring and supporting people, Loren pivoted into coaching and founded Silverman Coach. His work blends practical, evidence-based coaching tools with a nerd-friendly, gamified approach that replaces self-judgment with feedback, momentum, and self-trust. His flagship program, Life Reboot: Nerd Edition, uses RPG-style mechanics to help clients move from scattered and exhausted to focused, energized, and consistent.


Loren is certified in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation from MIT and has completed ICF-aligned training as a Professional Certified Essential Life Coach. Known for his dry humor, grounded presence, and deep respect for personal agency, he specializes in working with people in transition, leaders under pressure, and lifelong underdogs ready to build a life that actually fits.
