My name is Héloïse, I am a Master Relationship and Mental Health Coach, currently completing my PCC certification and have coached for over 5+ years and served around 300+ unique, different clients!

I work primarily with female, diasporic and neurodiverse clients. I work with issues around people-pleasing, perfectionism, professional & personal development.

I have been coaching for around 5 years now with a humanistic approach and I'll basically be like your big sister! Guiding you compassionately and firmly through your life's ups and downs. In addition to my humanistic approach and ICF-accredited coach training, I use concepts from Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy, combining yogic knowledge, personal experience and even humor to help you smoothly achieve the goals that you have for yourself :)
