I am uniquely qualified to organize, systematize, and logistic just about anything, from goals and five-year plans to bookshelves and linen closets! My greatest struggle is learning when to put down the to-do list and be fully present to the beautiful life I have worked to build. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I have provided more than 5,000 virtual coaching sessions to over 400 clients in the last 14 years. I have coached and consulted on sales, productivity, leadership, communication, and work-life balance with a range of clients, from executives, managers, and nonprofit leaders to diplomats, senior law enforcement, and politicians.
