Sonia Bhandari is an experienced Wellness Life Coach with an ACC accreditation with the ICF. She has been in the field of Personal Development for the better part of a decade. Through her unique background of Martial Arts, Coaching and NLP, she offers programs to clients that focus on releasing old thought patterns, limiting beliefs and instead embrace a deep sense of inner strength.

In addition to being a Wellness Life Coach, she is certified as a Positive Psychology Coach, a Master NLP Coach and a Systemic Work Facilitator. Sonia is a Coach Trainer at CTEDU and supports new Coaches through the 1.0 ALC, WLC and ELC programs.
