Jeff Muyres

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach (CACLC), a Certified Sports Psychology Coach (CSPC) through the Spencer Institute, and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NFPT. I am also currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with specialized training in mental health coaching and addiction recovery.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in community and residential youth programs, college and youth ministry, fitness leadership, and life and sports performance coaching—giving me the ability to connect with men and young men from all walks of life, especially those struggling with self-esteem, stress, social challenges, and identity issues.
