Enrolling for Sept! Early Bird Ends Aug 15

October 1–4, 2026 · Denver, Colorado

Three days. One community of coaches.

October 1–4, 2026 · Downtown Denver

About the Gathering

A global community, gathered in one room.

The first Global Gathering brought our community together a decade ago. A lot has changed since. Our students have built practices, earned credentials, and shaped what coaching looks like in their corners of the world. This October, we come back together for three days of teaching, practice, and connection.

Who you'll learn from

An exciting lineup of coaches and practitioners.

Each session is built around the work of growing as a coach and growing a coaching practice.

Janice Perkins, PhD, PCC

Janice Perkins, PhD, PCC

Executive Coach · Leadership Communication Scholar

Click: The Importance of Chemistry in Coaching

Drawing on her doctoral research, Janice shows that what coaches call good chemistry is within their control. It is an observable, influenceable phenomenon rather than luck or personality fit.

Edward Macdonald, MBA, MCC

Master Certified Coach · Founder, Limitless Development

Wired: Your Brain on Goals

Edward brings the brain itself into the room, walking through what real-time brainwave activity reveals about focus, regulation, and resilience, and what coaches can do with that information.

Dr. Danny McGuire, EdD, PCC

Founder, Crosstown · Author, Hard Reset

Hard Reset: Calm Is a State. Reliability Is a Skill.

Danny reframes reliability as the practiced capacity to recover deliberate action under pressure, and demonstrates a live ICF-aligned sequence for getting there.

Eric Bejleri, ACC

Eric Bejleri, ACC

CTEDU Coach Trainer

Metaphors: The Invitation Tool

Eric covers the science behind why metaphors work, three ways they function as an invitation inside a session, and how to generate and apply them in practice.

Designed for current students and alumni.

Coaches at every stage of practice. From the first paying client to an established business. If you've trained with CTEDU, this gathering is built for you.

What you'll do.

Keynote talks from CTEDU faculty and guest speakers. Breakout workshops to sharpen specific coaching skills. Sessions focused on building and growing a coaching practice. Time to connect with the people you've trained alongside. Optional pre- and post-event experiences in Denver.

What you'll leave with.

  • A clearer path for the coaching business you're building
  • Coaching peers who get what you're doing and stay in the conversation
  • Sharper skills and frameworks for your client work
  • Up to 16 CCE hours toward your ICF credential
  • Inspiration and momentum to keep growing

Every time I'm in a room full of coaches, I leave more inspired, more motivated, and more convinced that this work is how we change the world: one conversation at a time.
