Janice Perkins, PhD, PCC, is an executive coach, leadership communication scholar, and organizational consultant specializing in leadership chemistry and human connection. She helps executives and teams uncover blind spots, strengthen communication, build trust, and create sustainable cultural change. Janice’s research explores how chemistry emerges in coaching and leadership relationships and how it impacts organizational performance and collective leadership practice. A member of 100 Coaches and a Master level coach in the Association of Corporate Executive Coaching, Janice combines rigorous academic research with practical executive coaching experience.
