Timi Csontos

Creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected has been Timi’s driving force since she organized scavenger hunts as a kid, led summer camps as a teenager, and chaired student associations as a young adult. Today, as a PCC-certified Coach and Organizational Development consultant, she brings 13 years of training experience and 9 years each in culture consulting and coaching.

Known for her persistence, systems thinking, and a style that helps people open up to what’s really happening, Timi works with leaders to close the gap between a team that functions and one that truly thrives. Her toolkit spans coaching, culture development, leadership programs, team coaching, mentoring, and soft skills training.

Originally from Hungary and now based in the Netherlands, Timi volunteers at a local zoo in a small Dutch village. As a Platinum Tier #IAmRemarkable Facilitator, she has delivered 100+ workshops, empowering participants – especially women – to recognize and articulate their value, and received an award for expanding the program’s reach.
