Lisa Bevill

Lisa Bevill is based in Madrid, Spain, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She brings over a decade of experience coaching leaders and teams across multinational organizations, supporting their development in leadership, performance, and well-being. Lisa integrates evidence-based approaches from neuroscience, positive psychology, and human development into her coaching practice. She currently serves as Academic Director of the Center for Health & Well-being at IE University, where she leads initiatives that build human capacity for learning, resilience, and leadership. Her work focuses on helping individuals translate awareness into sustainable behavior change for positive impact.
