Career History

Prior to joining Right Management, Lynn was a Director of Customer Experience & Innovation with Hilton Hotels Corporation. In this position, she spearheaded all components of Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn brand’s brand conferences, hotel-level training, and weekly communications to 2K readers, delivering and instilling brand’s key philosophies, values, and culture.

• Achieved 100% adoption within 30 days of launch by creating scavenger hunt, sizzle video and ongoing education.

• Led creation and strategy of culture and training, with measured increase of 3 points in Satisfaction and Loyalty tracking, as well as winning 3 Brandon Hall Awards.

• Earned 3 awards: GOLD - Best Learning Program Supporting Change Transformation Business Strategy, GOLD - Best New Hire Onboarding and GOLD - Best Results of Learning Program.

Education & Training

Lynn earned her Bachelor of Arts & Science (BAS), Communication Management, Minor in Marketing, University of Dayton, Dayton, OH. She received additional training in coaching from CoachEDU, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), TypeResources, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (Firo B), Type Resources and Situational Leadership, Hilton, StandOut Debrief Coach, The Marcus Buckingham Company.
