LouAnne Metzger

LouAnne is an experienced educator and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She specializes in empowering educators and leaders to overcome challenges, prioritize their wellbeing, and cultivate meaningful, purpose-driven lives and careers. In addition to her private coaching practice, LouAnne facilitates coach training and leads workshops, equipping professionals with the tools to navigate their roles with confidence and clarity.

She also serves as the Director of Credentialing Support on the board of her local ICF chapter and was honored with the 2024 Emerging Coaching Catalyst for Social Excellence from ICF Virginia.

Outside of coaching, LouAnne enjoys oyster farming, hiking, and preparing slow food to share with her family.
