When I’m feeling depleted, frustrated, or uncertain, it’s common for me to seek external resources to remedy these emotions. Caffeine for energy, a good song to ease my frustration, or the advice of a friend to gain clarity. But it’s important that we don’t forget about our internal resources, most importantly, our strengths.

Moving out of our comfort zone is cumbersome and awkward, and often takes more time, like writing with our non-dominant hand. For these reasons, we avoid stepping out of our comfort zone, but in doing so, we also avoid reaching our full potential.
