There is more than silence in the silence

The Powerful Paragraph

Silence is far more than the absence of talking, the absence of movement, the absence of activity. Silence, the creation of space between words and between thoughts, is like an expansive sky between clouds where a wider view can be seen. It’s the necessary pause where greater awareness, digestion of concepts, and deeper insights have the chance to manifest. It’s the moment where we can challenge the automatic nature of both our internal and external responses; our inner dialogue, our external interactions, and our habitual daily actions. Even when silence may seem like the opposite of action, it can be the space where the most is happening. It’s the exact moment where reflection and change can occur.

The Powerful Question to Ponder

Where would silences create more impact and change in your life?
