Starting a new business naturally produces a pressure that focuses the entrepreneur on the bottom-line. Assessing the cash inflow versus outflow can overwhelm and tends to prompt coaches to question whether or not a specialty is going to work out or whether people are going to hire them. It’s stressful, and ultimately not that useful of a question to ask. Rather, the magic of making a business successful is asking how you can be more generous.
