SIGN UP HEREOne of my favorite images is of a man standing on a stage in front of hundreds of people juggling ceramic plates. Behind the curtain, however, you can see all of the broken plates it took for him to master his skill. It’s unfortunate, but we often need to stink at something before we can get really good at it. And the effort to persevere after every broken plate is bravery in action. So, when you reach a goal, don’t forget to look back at all the broken plates that helped you get there.
How can you acknowledge yourself for what’s behind the curtain?
