She holds the following certifications: Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach, Professional Certified Coach, ICF ACE Certified Health Coach & Medical Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Levels 1 & 2, NBC-HWC, and has over 2500 coaching hours.
Hobbies that she enjoys are hiking, biking, camping, cooking, Spartan racing, and music.
