About Me

Jessica connects with individuals who are creative, visionary, authentic, and focused. She loves to coach leaders around shifting perspective to grow through challenge. She will support you in growing authentic and emotionally intelligent leadership, being confident in leading from your strengths, navigating transitions, communicating effectively, clarifying your vision, and navigating conflict. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and is an International Coaching Federation certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also certified as an Academic Life Coach with CTEDU, a Conscious Business Coach with BetterUp Coaching, and a Certified Career Management Coach with The Academies neuroscience-based coach training. She gravitates toward work with startups and culture-driven organizations, and has worked closely with executives in Human Resources and Training, Culture and Organizational Development, and Learning and Leadership Development. In addition to maintaining a coaching practice, Jessica is the Director of Coaching Education for a visionary coach training company that is leading the path to backing coaching with neuroscience. Her coaching style is exploratory, creative, holistic, and empowering.
