About Me

As a certified coach, I help people tackle challenges and obstacles of all sizes. My personal values of honesty, humor, creativity, and community drive all my work. I have a background in nonprofit development and advocacy work, as well as project management. I believe we all have a responsibility to take care of each other and work towards a more equitable, just world. Coaching gives us the opportunity to identify our values and take action in alignment with those values. I bring compassion, patience, and curiosity to each session to help my clients design and achieve their goals.
