About Me

As a Life, Mindset, and Spirituality Coach, my goal is to help others re-discover their most authentic selves, overcome limiting beliefs, establish a deeper connection to their faith, and move confidently toward a life that reflects who they are and their deepest values. My mission is to provide the support, psychological safety, and space needed to engage in deep self-discovery that leads to growth, confidence, courageous dreaming, and goal accomplishment. My hope for every client is that they would become a transformed and transforming presence within their world. On a personal note, I find joy and fulfillment in running, hiking with my family, immersing myself in books about spiritual practices and holistic health, experimenting with vegan culinary creations in the kitchen, and indulging my artistic side through a love of art and music. I also enjoy collaborating with local non-profits, where I actively plan and lead community outreach events, with the goal of contributing to the betterment of society and investing in the biome where I'm planted.
