About Me

What inspired me to become a life coach? ​- A passionate dedication to helping fellow creatives quiet their anxiety and overwhelm for a better life and creative practice. - My own transformative experience with coaching which has guided me into being my best, most authentic self. ​- Finding resilience through the discomfort of taking risks, failing and persisting despite anxiety, ADHD, time-management struggles and what often felt like a giant question mark looming over my head at all times. ​-Understanding that we are all beautifully flawed human beings that can benefit from support and advocacy. ​-My love of community, dedication to diversity, and the belief that we can all benefit from guidance and support. ​
