Q: 3 words to describe yourself?

A: Happy, hopeful, determined

Q: What are you most passionate about and why?

A: I’m most passionate about the growth of myself and others. Recognizing growth and the opportunities that come along with it is what allows people to live out their dreams.

Q: Something that you’re an expert in but most people wouldn’t know that about you?

A: I’m an expert in the foundations of learning and applying the Law of Attraction and making it practical for use in everyday life.

Q: What’s your vision for your coaching practice?

A: I am a self relationship coach. My mission is to use coaching to help as many people as possible foster autonomy so they can experience better relationships starting with themselves.

Q: Why do you like working at CTEDU?

A: I love the mission of the school and I love the people that make up our community. This is the best environment for growth both personally and professionally.

Q: What is your favorite part about working as the Program Coordinator?

A: I love connecting with students and hearing who they want to become as coaches and celebrating when they receive their certificates.

Q: What excites you for the future?

A: ALL OF THE POSSIBILITIES.

Q: What’s your favorite quote and why?

A: “Change Your Thoughts. Change Your World.” I was curious about this quote and what it meant which led me to learn about shifting from a fixed to growth mindset. Since then, my life has increasingly changed for the better.

Q: What are you most proud of yourself for?

A: I’m most proud that I am a person that doesn’t give up and has a habit of making things work.

Q: What’s something you’re grateful for today?

A: I’m grateful for being able to feel connected to my team through the use of technology even though we are miles and miles apart.

Q: What is your favorite part about being a life coach?

A: Oh my, what’s not? lol I love the vulnerability that I am able to engage in with people. You get to share with people in their truest selves while also having faith in all of what they are and can be. It is a beautiful work.

Q: What interests do you have outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I spend lots of time playing with my two rescue Pitbulls. I also am an activities coordinator and manage a book club for an online Polyamorous Relationship Support group.

Q: What is a behind the scenes snapshot or your day or life look like?**A:** Behind the scenes… I start every day with my “High Vibe Morning” routine which includes either a dance party or listening to self development audios while I’m getting ready for my day.

I also make it a point weekly to go on drives so that I can view and take pictures of the country landscapes and sky.
