Feedback is what the mentor coaching process is all about. Your Coach Mentor and those in your GMC course will provide you with constructive feedback on various areas of your coaching. Mentor coaching is a learning process and the ultimate goal is for you to feel that you are growing and improving your skills as a coach.

Develop Coaching Presence
Each week focuses on a different Essential Coach Quality to enhance your presence as a coach. These include professional, empathetic, empowering, curious, courageous, confident, and inspiring.
