Rooted in Calm Workshop with Amanda Dewey (Interactive)

When: Wednesday, May 6th @ 11 AM PST (US & Canada) 

Grab a pen and paper because we are about to dive deep into strategies and methods in which ways we can decrease anxiety and stress. What one may look like for you, may not look like
the same for the person sitting next to you. During this deep dive session we will cover different forms of anxiety and how they affect you as well as ways of dealing with stress and panic at home and in your daily life.

I will be referring to segments from an EBook that I wrote called “Rooted In Calm” which go deep into the details of

– Routine Management
– Mindset
– Productivity
– Motivation and Determination
– Self Doubt/Self Sabotage

All of these topics stem from stress and anxiety and I have ways to implement them into your daily lifestyle to begin to lessen that weight you are feeling. Please come with any and all questions and let’s begin to feel a little more “rooted in calm”. – Amanda Dewey

‘Meeting Yourself’ with Brittany Salsman

Join CTEDU Graduate, Coach Trainer, and Dean of Program Development Brittany Salsman for a conversation on her journey into coaching, and how a life-altering event was a catalyst towards a more integrated life.

Brittany is a Life Coach, Coach Trainer, and avid traveler. She has visited 48 of the 50 US states and dreams of visiting every country in her lifetime. She just finished converting a van to travel even more freely. Professionally, she has spent her career working with college and high school students to help them develop their leadership skills and personal emotional intelligence. In all facets of her life, she works diligently to ensure she loves the life she lives and lives the life she loves.

Workout Session with NYC Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach Sahmura Gonzalez (Interactive-no equipment needed)

When: Friday May 8th @ 8 AM PST (US & Canada)

Join CTEDU Graduate Sahmura Gonzalez as she leads us through an interactive workout session.

“We will go through a bodyweight strength workout as well as take a moment to reflect on your current state of health and wellness. We’ll look into your personal Wheel of Health, where you are now and where you’d like to be. You will leave this workshop with your workout done for the day and a clear action step and game plan for potential roadblocks.” – Sahmura

Optional equipment:

  • A couple of books as close to the same size of each other as possible that you don’t mind standing on
  • A yoga mat
  • A yoga block or pillow
  • Pen and paper
