This week we are still feeling the inspiration from our live interview with Isabeau Iqbal last week. Her inspiring story on overcoming her perfectionism and using it to her advantage led us to connect with her and ask her our favorite question, “What does coaching mean to you?”
“Many years ago–way before I became a coach–I developed a series of action-oriented values statements. I see now that coaching is perfectly aligned with my values, which are:
– Actualize inner harmony
– Nurture splendid relationships
– Make the world a better place
– Do the right thing
Coaching means living into my values.” – Isabeau Iqbal, Ph.D.
On the topic of perfectionism, we can all think of goals we haven’t taken action on. If you tend towards perfectionism, your lack of action may be more common than you’d like. You may worry your work will not be good enough and/or you lack the necessary skills and experience to meet your goals.
Join us this Wednesday for a live, interactive workshop led by Isabeau. In this workshop, you’ll explore how you can leverage your perfectionist tendencies to help you achieve your goals. You’ll walk away with strategies that you can use–and that honour who you are– to help you achieve your goals.
