Who else could use a little movement right now?
This Friday, we had the chance to be led through a bodyweight workout session from CTEDU Graduate and Certified Personal Trainer Sahmura Gonzalez!
If you missed it, don’t fret! We’ll be offering multiple workout sessions and yoga sessions throughout our Resiliency Series!
About Sahmura: Sahmura is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. Over the 8 years that Sahmura has spent in the fitness, health, and wellness industry she has trained over 15,000 sessions and worked with hundreds of clients with a wide variety of goals and abilities.
No matter which hat she is wearing (Personal Trainer or Health Coach), her goal is simple: to empower her clients to take their health into their own hands and to drive measurable results by working with them to create attainable goals and action steps and provide accountability.
Sahmura lives in Brooklyn, NY. But as often as she can, she travels back to her home state of Oregon to visit her parents, two sisters, and six nieces and nephews.
She enjoys a good jigsaw puzzle, going to Coney Island/Brighton Beach all times of the year, and has way too many plants in her apartment.
