What’s the Scene?

I recently had this deep realization about the process that I use to craft curious coaching questions. It came earlier this week when I was leading my 2.0 Advanced Coach Training, and I’d like to share it with you. In explaining how I generate questions, I became more aware of how much I visualize what my client is describing as if it were a scene in a movie. When you are in the story and the scene, the next curious question comes effortlessly.
