I struggle very much with time management. I have struggled in this area since I was very young, and every time I make strides toward improvement, something alway sets me back. I’ve learned that the only way I’m on top of my time management skills is when I am forced to stick to a schedule, whether by strict deadlines or an overload of work. The problem is that I don’t like this about myself, so I’ve recently been asking myself why I’m so unwilling to do the work required to change. In doing so, I’ve discovered a few things about this side of myself, including the fact that I tend to work better under pressure. With this new information, I can make adjustments to my life that will help me get a stronger grasp of my time management skills.
What’s keeping you from changing the things you most want to change about yourself?
