Looking Back on a Year and a Day

It’s been a day and a year since I headed out of Portland, Oregon and a four-bedroom house to live on a tiny house on wheels and travel the United States with my family. The learning curve was literally steep. I had to learn how to pull a 6 ton trailer up and down mountains, navigate tight turns, and slip into small spots. My biggest learning: the quality of the situation you choose to create for yourself determines the quality of the learning you’ll experience.
