Linking Habits Powerful Paragraph

Linking Habits

An effective way to introduce a new habit is to link it to a present one. A few examples might be: drinking a glass of water before each cup of coffee, taking a 2-minute stretch break before you wrap up the workday and get ready to leave the office, or writing a morning page before checking your email for the first time. Whatever you most want to add in your life, whatever habit you want to create, linking it to an existing system increases your odds of making the habit stick. Soon you’ll find your body yearning for another stretch break.

What’s the habit link you want to make today?
