Habits impact the foundation of success you will experience in your life and willpower can only serve as a limited resource in the creation of positive habits. When attempting to create new and positive habits, it is important that we listen and embrace the cue (what sparks the habit), examine the patterns/systems already in place, and then substitute the routine with small changes that will bring positive side effects and rewards. Take time to dig deep and learn about the systems you already have in place and then make small, impactful changes to that current system. You are on the road to working with your brain to create new habits.
What small change can you make to a current system/routine?
