Thanksgiving is a time of sharing thanks and gratitude. And for this Thanksgiving, let’s use the coaching skill of Acknowledgment to bring our and other’s gratitude to another level. Acknowledgement, at it’s best, doesn’t only look at what a person does that’s great. It looks at the inner-world, the personal characteristics that shine through in someone’s action and energy.
Who would you like to Acknowledge today?
Bonus Question: What in yourself would you like to Acknowledge?
