While I was doing research for our upcoming gratitude interview series, I stumbled upon some research that showed the benefits of gratitude to people recently recovering from a heart attack. As it turns out, those who were more grateful post heart-attack were more likely to completely change their eating and exercise habits to ensure a more successful outcome for their future. Essentially, their gratitude helped them identify a path to a longer, happier, and healthier life.
