Doing the Uncomfortable Work

Doing the Uncomfortable Work

The Powerful Paragraph

“The unexamined life is not worth living.” - Socrates

I’m not sure there is a better quote to capture the importance of coaching in a person’s life. It is often the most uncomfortable work - the work of picking apart, examining, assessing, and putting back together again - that brings us the greatest success and the most fulfillment. It isn’t until we examine our lives and make an effort to truly understand who we are and our place in this world, that we can begin living a life with more meaning and purpose.

The Powerful Question to Ponder

When do you want to start the journey of an examined life?
