November Greetings!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For those who are new to CTEDU, I’m Amois Williams and serve as Provost and CEO. I am deeply grateful for this beautiful community of coaches and our shared love for people, the power of coaching, and being of service. As we usher in the first of November I’m grateful for the gifts of the season to create space in my consciousness and life for pause, reflection, and growth and wish this for you as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Along with welcoming the holiday season, the month of November is Native American Heritage Month, and a perfect time to explore and honor the history, culture, and current needs of our native and indigenous brothers and sisters. I feel especially connected to this celebration, with my own diverse heritage including indigenous roots in North and Central America. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I wish to invite you to begin to breathe into the season, to take time to slow down and make space to reflect and begin the process of uncovering the nuggets of learning and growth that this year has brought you. Some questions I’m breathing into and sitting with lately that I’d like to offer to you…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– What does “pause” look like and feel like for me?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– What are the energetic gifts of the season?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– What does gratitude feel like in this moment?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– What empowered perspective am I choosing today/this month?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– How does reflection move into action?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you for for being here, for showing up for life and choosing to be an agent for change and good in the world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With love and gratitude,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Amois
